Hospitality Package
Seated Inside | Price R4850.00 excl VAT pp
- Entrance tickets to Greyville Racecourse and the One Stop VIP Venue
- Race cards are provided on your table.
- Full complimentary bar service served by waitresses from 11am to 8pm (premium brands for guest account)
- Complimentary full buffet lunch served from 12pm to 3pm
- Outside seating provided with a fabulous view of the home stretch and of the winning post
- Senior management & hostesses are available for the duration of the event.
- Dedicated waiter and runner per table
- Access to private ladies and gent’s toilet facilities
- Security to monitor entrance into and out of air-conditioned hospitality venue.
- Welcome drink on arrival.
- Plasma screens are provided throughout the venue.
- Allocated seating at tables of 10 (please note that bookings of less than 10 will be allocated to a mixed table)
- Evening dinner is served from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. (A choice of 3 traditional curries from our curry bar)
- Complimentary tea, coffee, cappuccino, and a selection of homemade biscuits

- Exclusive balcony sites with allocated seating overlooking the home straight of the Racecourse and Tent Town (please note bookings less than 10 will be allocated to a mixed site)
- Welcome drink on arrival.
- Full complimentary bar service, served by waitresses from 11am to 8pm (premium brands for sale)
- Complimentary full buffet lunch 12pm to 3pm
- Evening dinner served from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. A choice 3 traditional curries from our curry bar.
- Complimentary tea, coffee, cuppuccino and a selection of homemade biscuits
- Race cards provided on your tables.
- Gold circle run private betting and mobile totes provided.
- Venue is fully staffed with senior Management/hostesses available for the duration of the function
